Floeze Returns & Refunds Policy

At Floeze, we’re committed to creating products that help movement feel lighter, stronger, and more confident in everyday life. We stand behind the quality of our insoles and want you to feel comfortable trying them.

Because your body may need time to adjust, we recommend wearing Floeze for at least 14 days before deciding whether they’re right for you.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase after this period, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at hello@floeze.com.


Order Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

After this time, your order may already be in processing and we may be unable to cancel it. If your order is successfully cancelled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We encourage all customers to try Floeze for a minimum of 14 days to properly experience the benefits.

If you’re still unhappy, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note:

  • Items must be returned in reasonable condition

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Damaged Items

We take care to package all orders securely. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken.

Minor packaging damage (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as a damaged item if the product itself is unaffected.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@floeze.com with clear photos of the damage. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.


Shipping & Delivery

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Floeze is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Once an order has shipped, delivery issues must be handled directly with the courier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of ordering, we cannot guarantee a resend or refund.

Floeze reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the most current version before purchasing.
