Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your delivery address.
During busy periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Delayed Delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is no longer under our direct control.
If your package is marked as lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@floeze.com and we’ll assist you as best we can.
We may recommend that you:

While Floeze is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will work with you and the courier to help resolve the situation. In certain cases, a replacement may be offered at our discretion.
